I'm Le Hang or Leah Whalen, a Vietnamese-American visual development artist and biology enthusiast. I'm all about creating thoughtful, well-researched designs and telling stories with heart. This year I'm directing a team of 19 artists for my thesis film Stone Lions Don't Roar. I am passionate about all parts of the animation pipeline and love learning new ways to integrate 3D into my concept work.
When I'm not drawing, you can find me bird-watching, trying to turn the Sims into a 3D modeling software, or trying to replicate my mother's cooking.
